The mother of two boys found dead in a flat in Wiltshire with their father has said they "meant everything" to her.

The brothers have been formally identified as Jack and Bryn Anderson, aged 11 and three.

Graham Anderson, 36, was found in a separate room in the flat in Sidbury Circular Road, Tidworth, last Saturday.

"Jack was loved by everyone who met him," said Victoria Jones. "Bryn was a cheeky chappie who doted on and looked up to his elder brother."

Det Ch Insp Ian Saunders of Wiltshire Police said he was not yet able to release the causes of death.

'Caring and loving'

The boys' deaths are being treated as suspicious but police are not looking for anyone else.

Mr Saunders said he hoped the publication of the photographs would mean more people who had seen the boys and their father in the week before their bodies were found would come forward to help the inquiry.

In a tribute to her sons Ms Jones, from Andover, Hampshire, said: "Jack was a keen footballer and absolutely loved playing the game. He was a very intelligent boy. Maths and science were his favourite subjects.

"He was such a sociable child. He was caring and loving towards Bryn and was the best big brother in the world.

"Bryn enjoyed playing in his sandpit and on his trike. He loved animals, especially cats.

"Jack was due to start secondary school this week while Bryn was due to start at playgroup.

"Both Jack and Bryn will be sorely missed by their family and friends."
