Driver dies in car crash on A36 in Wiltshire

A driver has been killed in a car crash near Warminster in Wiltshire.

Police said a collision between a car and a lorry happened at about 13:40 BST on the A36 close to the village of Upton Lovell.

The driver of the car, who has not been named, died at the scene, police said. Officers have asked for anyone with information to come forward.

The road was closed for more than five hours while a police investigation was carried out.
