Help

Sixteen-year-old Amelia Hempleman-Adams has returned home after reaching the South Pole, becoming the youngest person to do so by ski.

She and her father David have spent almost three weeks ski-ing across Antarctica, enduring temperatures of -35C (-31F) and surviving off dried food they dragged along with them.
