Blue plaques mark homes of North Tyneside WW1 dead

Blue plaques marking the former homes of men who died in World War One are appearing across North Tyneside.
Residents who now live in the properties are being asked to be part of a project to commemorate those who died in the conflict.
The project, which is supported by lottery funding, hopes to install about 300 plaques.
