Sunderland fans excitement ahead of Capital One Cup final

1 March 2014 Last updated at 13:20 GMT

As more than 30,000 Sunderland fans head to Wembley to see their team play in the League Cup final against Manchester City, excitement grows for fans in the city.

A victory on Sunday in the Capital One Cup final would see the Black Cats win their first major trophy since they won the FA Cup in 1973.

For one young fan Joseph, his loyalty is divided as he supports both teams - prompting his mum to make a half Man City, half Sunderland AFC football shirt.

But he said on the day he wants Manchester City to win the cup.
