24 February 2014 Last updated at 22:24 GMT

It is every fan's dream to see their team play at Wembley - and for thousands of Sunderland supporters that will come true this weekend as the club takes on Manchester City in the Capital One Cup final.

For five children in Sunderland the day will be even more special.

The youngsters will be watching the game from the comfort of an executive box, courtesy of a charitable organisation that provides VIP trips to major sporting events for seriously ill and disabled children.
