St James' Park gates reinstalled at ground

21 August 2013 Last updated at 19:55 BST

Wrought iron gates which once stood at the entrance to Newcastle United's football ground have been reinstalled.

First put up at St James' Park in 1989, the gates have been in storage at former club owner Sir John Hall's Northumberland home.

They spent 14 years at Woolsington Hall after being removed to make way for the main stand expansion.

The restored gates outside the Milburn Stand entrance will be officially unveiled on Saturday.
