Money raised for surgery for boy with cerebral palsy

Help

The family of an eight-year-old boy who has cerebral palsy have raised £70, 000 for corrective surgery in America.

Callum Brown, from Seaton Sluice, Northumberland, flies out on Sunday for his operation in St Louis.

Three other children from the region have already had the operation.

They are now undergoing muscle strengthening work, alongside Callum, at a new gym set up for them in Blyth.

Adrian Pitches reports.
