David Scott stabbing: Second youth charged

A second 16-year-old boy has been charged with murdering a father-of-two who was stabbed in County Durham.
David Scott, 33, was found with stab wounds in Rose Avenue, Stanley, on 23 December and died in hospital.
The 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is to appear before Derwentside Magistrates on Monday.
Another 16-year-old boy, who also cannot be identified, appeared before Newcastle Crown Court via videolink on Friday charged with murder.
He was remanded in secure youth accommodation and a plea hearing will be held on 22 March.
