Stanley disturbance death victim named

Police have named a man who died after being involved in a disturbance in County Durham.
David Scott was found with stab wounds in a back lane in Rose Avenue, Stanley, early on Sunday, police said.
The 33-year-old father-of-two, who lived with his mother in south Stanley was pronounced dead in hospital.
Two men and a woman were arrested on Sunday on suspicion of murder. One of the men has now been bailed pending further inquiries.
Det Supt Paul Goundry, who is leading the investigation, said: "As we continue our extensive inquiries we need to speak to anyone who can provide information to help us piece together the events leading up to David's death."
