Anger over East Coast call centre jobs moving to India

Help

Unions mounted a protest outside a call centre in Newcastle, run by train operator East Coast, where almost 200 jobs are to go.

Robert Bruce has worked at the centre for 11 years and is angry at plans which will see some work exported to India.

He said it would be hard for him to find another job.
