No further action after Middlesbrough body find

The death of a man whose body was found at a house in Middlesbrough is no longer being treated as suspicious.

Cleveland Police initially described the death as "unexplained" and a 50-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault.

He has now been released with no further action to be taken against him.

The force has not as yet released any details of the identity of the dead man, who was in his 60s, and was found in Salisbury Terrace, South Bank.
