Rimpal Kumar named as man found in Middlesbrough waste water station

Rimpal Kumar Rimpal Kumar was last seen on 25 August

A man whose body was found inside a waste water pumping station has been identified by Cleveland Police.

Rimpal Kumar, 38, from Birmingham, was found at the facility in Middlesbrough on 15 October.

Detectives are treating his death as "unexplained". Mr Kumar was discovered by staff from Northumbrian Water at the Cargo Fleet Lane works.

He was last seen by friends in the Linthorpe area of Middlesbrough on 25 August, police said.
