Troubled housing estate regeneration causes concerns


Concerns have been raised over multi-million pound plans to regenerate a troubled Teesside housing estate.

Middlesbrough Council wants to re-brand and transform two thousand homes in Grove Hill.

It is considering changing the estate's name in an attempt to make it more desirable.
