Two charged after missing boy found in Seaton Carew
Two people have been charged in connection with harbouring a 14-year-old boy who was missing for nearly three weeks.
The boy disappeared from outside an address in Thornaby at about 16:00 GMT on 10 February.
He was found safe after being spotted by a police officer on Friday in Seaton Carew, police said.
A man and woman, both 26, have been charged with assisting a child to stay away from a responsible person.
They were due to appear before Teesside Magistrates Court.
