MPs campaign for Durham Tees Valley airport future

MPs from Teesside and County Durham have met to discuss their campaign to save Durham Tees Valley Airport.

The seven MPs met in Stockton earlier and say they want the airport to remain a passenger airport.

Darlington Labour MP Jenny Chapman said: "If government assistance is needed, then we need to make that case loud and clear."
