Dawn Devine charged over fatal motorbike crash

A 54-year-old woman has been charged with causing death by careless driving after a crash in West Sussex in which a motorcyclist died.

Robert "Jacko" Giacopazzi, 48, of Bognor Regis, died at the scene in Crookthorn Lane, Climping in August.

Dawn Devine, 54, of Wish Field Drive, Felpham, Bognor Regis, is due to appear before Worthing magistrates.

The crash happened at the junction of the A259 Crookthorn Lane and the B2233 Yapton Road.

Correction 4 June 2014: This article was amended to clarify that Ms Devine was charged with causing death by careless driving.
