Liam Moore named as motorcyclist killed in Rye crash

A 20-year-old motorcyclist who was killed when his bike collided with two vehicles has been named by police.

Liam Moore, of Kings Avenue, Rye, was fatally injured in the crash involving a Vauxhall van and Vauxhall Zafira in Harbour Road, Rye, on Wednesday.

An air ambulance was sent to the scene but Mr Moore was pronounced dead.

The 83-year-old van driver, from Littlehampton, was held on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
