Mark Sandland charged with murdering baby daughter in Hastings

A father has been charged with murdering his five-week-old daughter.

Mark Sandland, 27, of Cambridge Road, Hastings, is accused of his daughter Aimee-Rose's murder in November 2012.

Sussex Police said she was injured following an "incident" at his home and died four days later in Kings College Hospital, London.

Mr Sandland was first arrested on suspicion of her murder on 11 November and will appear at Brighton Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
