Jasmine Elkamsi crash death: Chichester teenager arrested

A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following a fatal crash in Sussex.

Jasmine Elkasmi, 16, from Bognor Regis, was killed when the Vauxhall Corsa he was in rolled on to its side in Halnaker, near Chichester, on Saturday.

Two other passengers - both 16-year-old girls - were taken to hospital.

The boy, from Chichester, is currently being questioned by police.
