One person dead in single-vehicle crash in West Sussex

One person has died in a car crash in West Sussex.

Only one vehicle was involved in the crash on Tinwood Lane, in Halnaker, near Chichester, just before 07:00 BST.

Sussex Police said four people were in the Vauxhall Corsa when it lost control and rolled onto its side.

The force said one female occupant was pronounced dead at the scene, while two other females and one male were taken to hospital with injuries. The road was closed until late afternoon.
