A man has pleaded not guilty to the murder of a 62-year-old man whose body was found on a bed in a Brighton flat.

The body of Michael Polding was found in July 2012 after concerns were raised by his family in Scotland.

Ricardo Pisano, 36, of Methuen Street in Southampton, also denied grievous bodily harm at a hearing at Lewes Crown Court.

He pleaded guilty to preventing the lawful and decent burial of a body. He is due to stand trial in November.
