A teenage boy has been charged with wounding after another teenager was stabbed in Eastbourne.
The 17-year-old was found stabbed in Warrior Square at 17:10 GMT on Thursday.
He was taken to hospital suffering from serious but not life-threatening injuries. Police have appealed for witnesses.
Police said another 17-year-old from the town, will appear before Eastbourne Magistrates' Court later.
Teacher 'groomed pupil for sex'
A teacher accused of abducting a schoolgirl and taking her to France could be considered a "paedophile" who "groomed" the pupil, prosecutors say.
