Recycling service starts for Horsham businesses
Recycling collections have started for businesses in part of West Sussex ahead of a rise in the cost of sending trade waste to landfill.
All businesses in the Horsham district can now recycle paper, cardboard and glass, which is similar to the domestic service.
In April next year, landfill tax will rise by £6 per tonne of trade waste.
Horsham District Council said the tax increase was designed to achieve EU landfill and recycling targets.
