Country Furniture Barn damaged by fire

Country Furniture Barn The Country Furniture Barn is in Flimwell on the A21

A large furniture warehouse in East Sussex has been severely damaged by fire.

The fire started at the Country Furniture Barn on the A21 at Flimwell just after 23:00 BST on Friday.

Six pumps and 35 firefighters attended the fire at the property, which was extinguished by 10:45 BST.

East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said it would be re-inspecting the building at 17:00 BST to investigate what caused the fire.
