Nasa to display forgotten Sussex space archive
An East Sussex man's forgotten archive charting man's first journeys into space is to form the centrepiece of an exhibition at US space agency Nasa.
Alastair Fairley, from Hastings, has been asked to take his late father's collection of memorabilia to Nasa's headquarters in Houston.
It will be displayed at the Johnson Space Centre alongside the work of Hastings film-maker Nicola Bruce. Piers Hopkirk reports.
