Eastbourne stabbing: Police appeal for witnesses

Sussex Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was found with stab wounds and other injuries in Eastbourne.

The 23-year-old was found on Grand Parade around 03:00 BST on 22 September.

A 26-year-old man from Eastbourne and another man, 27, from Thornton Heath near Croydon were arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.

They have been released on bail until 1 November.

The victim was treated at Eastbourne District General Hospital and has since been discharged.
