N-Dubz Dappy in court over row at Surrey petrol station
N-Dubz rapper Dappy has been sent for trial at crown court after being charged with affray at a petrol station in Surrey.
The singer was arrested on 12 March after the incident at the Shell garage in Woodbridge Road, Guildford.
The 25-year-old appeared at Guildford Magistrates' Court for a committal hearing under his real name of Dino Costas Contostavlos.
He will appear with three other men at Guildford Crown Court on 24 August.
The other men are Kieran Patrick Vassell, 24, of Hammersmith, west London; Kalonji David Stewart, 31, of Harborne, Birmingham; and Alfred James Miller, 27, of Brentford, west London.
Dappy performed in N-Dubz with his cousin and X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos and Richard "Fazer" Rawson.
