No charge for man arrested over Jeffrey Burrows death

A 21 year-old man who was arrested over the death of a Brighton widower has been told by Sussex police that he will face no further action.

He was arrested after Jeffrey Burrows, 40, was found with stab wounds at his flat in Norfolk Square.

Mr Burrows, who lived alone, was fatally stabbed on 29 April.

Adam White, 22, of Bedford Place, Liverpool, and Joel Elliott, 22, of North Road, Brighton, have been charged with murder and remain in custody.

The two men are due to appear at Lewes Crown Court on 6 July.
