Surrey Police link suspicious fires at several sports clubs

Suspicious fires at three sports clubs in Surrey have been linked by police.

On Saturday at 04:00 BST a blaze caused damage to the Old Reigatian Rugby Club, in Park Lane, Reigate.

On Thursday a fire broke out at the Churchfields Bowls Club in Reigate and on 22 June the Horley Lawn Tennis Club, which had been newly built, was also damaged.

Police have advised local sports clubs to be on their guard and report any suspicious activity immediately.
