Ryan Harrison death: Man admits Guildford station manslaughter

A man has admitted killing a passenger who fell between a moving train and a platform after he was punched.
Ryan Harrison, 22, fell between the train and the platform at Guildford station in Surrey on 30 March.
Joshua Elphick, 20, of Abbots Wood, Guildford, pleaded guilty to a charge of manslaughter at Guildford Crown Court on Tuesday.
Four other 20-year-old men have been charged with affray in connection with the incident.
Jack Hardy, of Findlay Drive, Guildford; Adam Kulikowski, of Dukes Close, Cranleigh; Harry Miller, of Coltsfoot Drive, Guildford; and David Mitchell, of Sheerwater, all deny affray charges and are due to face trial at Guildford Crown Court on 3 February.
Elphick was remanded in custody to be sentenced at the conclusion of the trial.
