A pedestrian has been knocked down and killed in Surrey.
He was hit by a grey Mercedes coupe on the A23 Bonehurst Road in Horley, just before 21:30 GMT on Sunday, police said.
Paramedics were called but the man, believed to be in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road was closed for several hours after the collision. Surrey Police have asked anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them.
