Stolen Frimley sports car driver sought

A CCTV image has been released of a man wanted for questioning after a stolen sports car hit a police officer in Surrey.

The black Porsche Cayenne Turbo was stolen in Frimley about 15:00 BST on Tuesday and spotted by police a few minutes later in Brookwood.

The officer got out of his car to speak to the driver, but the car was driven off hitting the officer.

The officer suffered minor injuries. Police are seeking witnesses.

Surrey Police said the officer was hit in Connaught Road near to the junction with Bagshot Road.
