A Surrey woman is to stand trial accused of letting people live in mobile homes on her land without planning permission.

Runnymead Borough Council has accused Diana Vick of committing planning offences at Hurst Lane, Egham.

The council said some of the 11 mobile homes were "occupied for independent residential accommodation".

Ms Vicks pleaded not guilty to the charges and will stand for trial on 8 December at Guildford Crown Court.

The trial is expected to last for three days.
