Suffolk North Sea wind farm affects fishermen's incomes

3 September 2014 Last updated at 17:24 BST

A power company may offer fishermen compensation after they claimed a 140 turbine wind farm had "taken away" their fishing ground.

Cables bringing power from the Greater Gabbard wind farm off the coast of Suffolk to the shore were not buried deep enough.

As a result, concrete mattresses were laid on the sea bed to keep the cables in place and more may be needed.

Dawn Gerber reports.
