Collapsed holiday firm boss breaks silence with email

The company director behind the collapse of a multimillion-pound luxury holiday lettings company in Suffolk has broken her silence.

Suffolk-based Prime Holiday Lettings Ltd, which specialised in luxury lets, went into voluntary liquidation leaving customers without accommodation and lost deposits. Police are investigating.

Student Lily Paddington has waited a month to hear what happened to the £3,500 she and friends paid for a holiday.

In an email director Sheila Moore expressed concern and said she was trying to fulfil the holiday bookings.
