Prime Holiday Lettings closure investigated by police

25 March 2014 Last updated at 22:22 GMT

A holiday lettings company which has gone in to liquidation is being investigated by Suffolk Police after people reported losing money.

Prime Holiday Lettings was based in Aldeburgh and had properties worth an estimated £9m.

People who had booked holidays say they face losing most, if not all, of their money.

It has emerged the closure of the company is linked to the repossession of properties owned by a vice president at Ipswich Town Football Club.
