Two men have been arrested after a 25-year-old man was shot in the leg in Suffolk.

The victim, from east London, was found by a member of the public in Cordy's Lane, Trimley St Mary, near Felixstowe last Saturday.

He was taken to Ipswich Hospital and discharged the following day.

Two men, aged 25 and 27, both from the Felixstowe area, have been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.

Police believe a shotgun was used in the attack.
