Barber's Point dig to unearth burial site's secrets

A dig has started at what is thought to be one of the earliest known Christian burial sites in East Anglia.

Archaeologists have been joined by volunteers on the marshes near Aldeburgh in Suffolk.

The work at Barber's Point, funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund Touching the Tide scheme, is expected to take three weeks.
