Walsham-le-Willows rape: Two men arrested after attack on teenager

Two men have been arrested after an 18-year-old woman was raped in a Suffolk field in the early hours.

Police said they had a call at 01:15 BST to a report that the teenager had been sexually assaulted in a field off The Street in Walsham-le-Willows near Bury St Edmunds.

Two men, aged 23 and 25, were arrested near the scene and they were questioned and bailed, said police.

The area around an alleyway and the field was cordoned-off by officers.

The two men are due to answer police bail on 13 November while the investigation continues.
