School laptop thefts in Suffolk reaches 66 in past month
Twenty laptops were stolen from Bardwell CEVC Primary School
Sixty six laptops with a value of about £23,500 have been stolen from primary schools in Suffolk in the past month.
Twenty Samsung laptops, worth about £4,500, were taken from Bardwell CofE Primary School on Thursday night or Friday morning.
Last week, 15 laptops were taken from Moulton CofE Primary, days after 16 were stolen from Risby CofE Primary. Fifteen were taken from Rougham CofE Primary over the Christmas holidays.
Police are looking at "possible links".
The laptops at the school in Bardwell were taken from a metal cabinet within a classroom.
Nothing else was taken, police said.
