Suffolk officer illegally possessed bird eggs

A former police constable in Suffolk has admitted possessing hundreds of rare wild bird eggs.

Michael Upson, 52, from near Halesworth, had 649 eggs, including many from rare species, which were found at his home during a raid by police officers and investigators from the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds.
