Further tests are taking place to establish how a 15-year-old girl died after collapsing during a PE lesson in Suffolk, an inquest has heard.

Lily Webster, a Year 11 pupil at Stowmarket High School, had been using a trampoline at Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre on 16 January shortly before she died.

An inquest was opened and adjourned in Bury St Edmunds.

Police said the cause of death was unknown.

Speaking soon after the death, headteacher Keith Penn said Lily had finished a trampoline routine but then started feeling unwell and "deteriorated very rapidly".

The Health and Safety Executive has been informed.
