Weight-loss surgery man Paul Mason needs skin operation


A Suffolk man who lost a life-changing 40 stone - more than half his former body weight - now needs an operation to remove excess skin.

It is more than two years since Paul Mason, from Ipswich, was branded the world's fattest man on the front page of The Sun newspaper when he weighed 70 stone (444kg).

Then he had gastric bypass surgery which saved his life.
