The chief executive of Ipswich Hospital has spoken out after a critical report into their elderly care.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) found food and drink needs for many older people were not met and their dignity was not respected.
Andrew Reed says he is sorry to patients and families for not meeting high enough standards of care.
