Recreation of Sutton Hoo king's burial chamber

Help

The burial chamber believed to be Anglo Saxon King Raedwald's, found in a wooden ship at Sutton Hoo in Suffolk, is being reconstructed for visitors.

The chamber, unearthed just before the World War II, revealed his body and a wealth of treasures buried nearly 1,400 years ago.

Richard Daniel reports.
