West Midlands councils get £14m to tackle potholes

More than £14m has been handed to West Midlands councils by the government to tackle thousands of potholes.

About 7,000 extra potholes will be repaired this spring in Staffordshire and one of the county's biggest employers, JCB, believes it has developed a machine that could prevent potholes reappearing.
