Teenager dies and two injured in crash in Staffordshire

A teenager has died and two people injured in a Staffordshire crash.

Two cars collided on the B5405 in the Lawnhead area of Stafford at 16:30 GMT on Thursday.

A passenger in a Vauxhall, Callum Haskew, 19, of Park Leys in Daventry, was declared dead at the scene.

The Vauxhall driver, a 19-year-old woman from the Newport area of Shropshire, was taken to hospital along with the Toyota driver, a 57-year-old man from Sheffield.

The Sheffield man has now been discharged.
