Charles Blagg died when car hit house in Brocton, Staffordshire

A 94-year-old man who died when his car crashed into a Staffordshire house has been named as Charles William Blagg.

Mr Blagg, of Milford Rd in Brocton, was behind the wheel of a silver Jaguar that crashed in The Green, Brocton, just before 11:00 GMT on Monday.

West Midlands Ambulance Service has revealed he suffered a heart attack.

Staffordshire Police said a report has been prepared for the coroner and stressed they are not looking for anyone in connection with the crash.

An ambulance spokesman said: "Full resuscitation attempts were carried out at the scene but unfortunately despite the best efforts of ambulance crews nothing could be done to save him and he was confirmed deceased at the scene."
