Motorist, 94, dies as car hits house in Brocton, Staffordshire

A 94-year-old man died when the car he was driving crashed into a house in Staffordshire.

Staffordshire Police said officers were called to The Green, Brocton, just before 11:00 GMT.

In a statement they said the man was behind the wheel of a Jaguar and was declared dead at the scene.

The man, who has not been named but comes from the Brocton area, has not been formally identified but his family was receiving support.
